The Parking Privé des Prodains Lot is open from December 1, 2025, to April 19, 2026.
The Parking Privé des Prodains accepts standard-sized cars and small SUVs.
Vans and pickup trucks are not permitted in the Parking Privé des Prodains.

The Parking Privé des Prodains is located directly at the foot of the Avoriaz 3S cable car and at the foot of the Crôt ski slope.
Access to the Parking Privé des Prodains is secured by a barrier that limits access to authorized vehicles only.
Our reservation process allows us to know the identity of customers who book with us so that we know who is visiting our facilities.
To access the parking lot, you will be asked to contact the facility manager, who will remotely open and close the gate.
The access procedure is described in full in the booking confirmation email.

No banking data is stored or processed in our computer systems.
We can provide you with an official invoice for any purchase over €60.00.
To do so, you must create an account on our website and log in when making your reservation.
Then, contact us by email or by phone to let us know your request.
The invoice will then be available in your personal account, under the “Orders” tab.
If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at +33 (0)6 83 19 21 18.
No requests for cancellation or modification will be accepted by email.

The Customer may cancel their reservation up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date: they will then receive a full refund.
After this period, no refunds will be granted.
